Monthly Board Meetings will become the driving force for rapid change. We will unearth the data we need to understand the performance and contribution of every area of the business; we will build strategic plans that will deliver your growth ambitions; and we will hold people to account for the delivery of their part of the plan.

In addition to Board Meetings if there are specific areas which need more intensive input and hands-on support, for example sales, marketing or finance, we will use one or more of the team to deliver bespoke additional interim Director services. This will quickly build capacity and skills in the business and once a firm foundation is in place the interim Director will step back.
