Jay Patel is a highly experienced Chair, predominantly with 30 years’ experience working with SMEs, including 16 years focused on guiding them to deliver  on a fixed term basis to drive them to achieve exceptionally rapid growth. With a background in senior financial and change management roles with two FTSE 100 companies he is exceptionally remarkably well placed to lead the Board and your business through successful growth.  

Dale Pollitt

Chief Financial Officer

The role of the CFO is to improve the performance of a business through the understanding and strengthening of the financial capability and effectiveness of a business. They are responsible for overseeing and directing all areas of financial strategy and health.  

Dale Pollitt is an ACA qualified accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with a wealth of experience in the M&A market, corporate restructuring and business value improvement.  He is an experienced interim CFO, and owner of an accountancy firm specialising in working with aspirational and ambitious entrepreneurs.  

Peter Branson

Chief Sales Officer

The role of the CSO is to drive revenue growth for the business through the delivery of ambitious sales targets. From building effective sales strategies, to establishing effective sales processes and teams, they are responsible for propelling the business’s financial success through effective sales leadership and execution.  

Peter Branson is an exceptionally experienced commercially driven strategic leader. His career includes decades of sales experience in global financial institutions and in Mars Inc, the multinational FMCG giant. With an enviable track record of sales driven success he continues to transform businesses through his ability to deliver sustained and substantial revenue growth.  

Kirsty Franks

Chief Marketing Officer

The role of the CMO is to act as the bridge between the business and its market. The architect of an organisation’s brand narrative and market presence, they are responsible for leading the development and execution of effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and ultimately, revenue growth.  

Kirsty Franks brings more than 20 years of board level marketing and CMO experience spanning multiple sectors across successfully growing B2B and B2C businesses. She continues to deliver outstanding results through a rare combination of creative flair and commercial and analytical acumen.  

Gareth Smyth

Chief Growth Officer

The role of the Chief Growth Officer is to direct and lead on all aspects of building the value of a business. From the initial valuation through to strategic exit planning to realise the most value from the sale of a business, they are responsible for all aspects of enhancing and releasing shareholder value.  

Gareth Smyth brings 15 years of corporate finance and company valuation expertise, with expertise spanning exit planning, due diligence and deal structuring and negotiation. With a background in law and international corporate finance he has successfully advised hundreds of businesses on M&A activity.  He is a founder and owner of a renowned UK wide business brokerage business.
